Delivery fees below S$260 (standard window / booked one-hour): standard location S$18 / S$33; mall or Sentosa S$23 / S$38; non-CBD mall, office or SAFRA S$25 / S$40; hotel, chalet, town/CBD, country club or hospital S$30 / S$45; special location plus mall or Sentosa S$35 / S$45. One-hour is a booked hour between 9am and 8pm, not delivery within an hour of ordering.

For subtotals of S$260 or more, delivery fees (standard window / booked one-hour) are: standard location S$0 / S$15; mall or Sentosa S$5 / S$20; non-CBD mall, office or SAFRA S$7 / S$22; hotel, chalet, town/CBD, country club or hospital S$12 / S$27; special location plus mall or Sentosa S$17 / S$27. This includes the S$18 delivery allowance; one-hour fees are capped at S$45 before the allowance and S$27 after it.

Selected Sentosa locations may not be available. For parks, delivery is only to cafés or restaurants, not BBQ pits.

Collection: Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–6pm; Sunday, 9am–12pm. Monday: delivery only.

Please inspect your cake at handover and raise any visible issue immediately. If someone collects on your behalf, they should check the cake before leaving. Receipt acknowledges satisfaction with the visible condition.

If you arrange a third-party courier, please ensure they can transport cakes safely in an air-conditioned vehicle, keep the box level and follow our cake-care instructions. Responsibility for handling passes to your collector or courier at handover. Kekki-appointed delivery partners follow our delivery arrangements.
