Delivery

We deliver with care, so your cake arrives beautifully for your celebration. Plushie and Classic Ribbon cakes must be ordered at least four days in advance. Monday is delivery only.

Standard windows are routing estimates and not exact arrival times.

Booked one-hour delivery is S$33–S$45 below S$260, or S$15–S$27 for subtotals of S$260 or more, depending on your delivery category. Choose a booked one-hour appointment between 9am and 8pm, subject to availability. This is not delivery within an hour of ordering.

Delivery fees for subtotals below S$260 (standard window / booked one-hour): Residential (Non CBD or Town) S$18 / S$33; Malls / Office / SAFRA (Non CBD or Town) S$25 / S$40; Town / CBD / Hotel / Chalet / Hospital / Sentosa S$30 / S$45. Self-collection is free. One-hour is a booked appointment between 9am and 8pm, not delivery within an hour of ordering. Select the checkout rate matching your delivery category.

Sentosa is included in the Town / CBD / Hotel / Chalet / Hospital / Sentosa category, with no separate Sentosa surcharge. Delivery depends on the exact address and courier access. We are unable to deliver to every Sentosa location. Please check with us before confirming your order.

Delivery to parks is available only to an accessible café or restaurant with a suitable vehicle drop-off point. We do not deliver to BBQ pits, lawns, picnic spots or internal park areas.

Kekki uses third-party delivery partners. Please ensure someone is home throughout the selected delivery window to receive the cake and refrigerate it promptly. Kekki is not liable for damage after delivery when no recipient is present. At hotels, offices and other restricted venues, handover may take place at the lobby or nearest safe vehicle drop-off point.

Self-collection

Self-collection is free. Pick up your cake at our studio at your convenience.

Inspect at handover

Please check the cake’s visible condition at handover.

Keep cake flat & cool

Place the cake on a flat surface and keep it level in an air-conditioned car.

For self-collection, please check the wording, design and visible condition of your cake before leaving. Once accepted, the cake is deemed received in satisfactory visible condition. An issue that was not reasonably visible at handover may still be reported promptly.

Someone collecting on your behalf?

For a nominated collector or courier arranged by you.

A friend, family member or representative may collect the cake on your behalf. Please provide their name and contact details in advance. They must inspect the cake at handover. Handover to your nominated person counts as handover to you.

You may arrange your own courier. Please use an air-conditioned car and keep the cake box flat and secure. Motorcycles and car boots are unsuitable. Damage occurring during customer-arranged transport after handover in good condition is the customer’s responsibility. Kekki will still assess an issue that existed at handover.

Changes to the delivery address, delivery window, collection date, collection time or nominated collector must be requested at least seven calendar days before the event. All changes are subject to availability and any revised courier fee. A change is confirmed only when Kekki confirms it in writing.
